| ¡ô1994 , Wuxi Air Electronics Co.,Ltd ( shortened form as A.E.) established.

| ¡ô1996, Micro controller of water heater was awarded National New Product, and achieved many
national patents.

| ¡ô1997, A.E. begin to spread new technology of micro controller to let it be popularized ,
and gain the lead situation in the home market.

| ¡ô1999, A.E. pass the MOODY corporation¡¯s ISO9002(94 Edition) International Quality Management
System authentication. |
| ¡ô2000, For cooperated with many grand enterprises ,such as HAIER, ARISTON, A.O.SMITH, SAKURA
etc.., A.E. win the marketing champion of controller of water heater in this year.

| ¡ô2001, A.E. enlarges the R&D force continuously, and the products spread all over the home appliance,
such as washing machine, icebox, air-conditioner, water heater and micro-wave oven etc¡ And A.E.
still owns the largest market share of the water heater¡¯s controller in China in this year. A.E.
purchased the first batch of SMT equipments the same year.

| ¡ô2002, A.E. invests about RMB 65 Million Yuan in Wuxi State High & New Technology Industrial Development
Zone, and continue to invest SMT machines. In this year, for cooperated with many World Top 500
enterprises, the production value break through RMB 100 millions. And in Sep, A.E. updates the quality
management system to ISO9001 (2000 edition). |
| ¡ô2003, A.E. fetched many high-tech personnel to come into communication area, the main leader Mr. Chen
comes from Shanghai Jiao Tong University who engages relevant postdoctoral R&D works for many
years. So some projects like Global Position System, MP3,and CDMA was devoted to research and
develop, and gain the fruits. In the same year, A.E. purchased 8 sets of SIEMENS machines and 2 sets
of DEK machines, to further enhance our production capacity. |
| ¡ô2004, The whole company moved to the new factory in the wuxi new district, and cost hugely to input Lead- free procedure to fulfill RoHs¡¯ requirement. A.E. has already reached the international advanced level in the manufacture side. |
