This line is our standard SMT production line, the theoretical production capacity can reach about 1.2M chips per day. We can adjust our SMT line according to the different requirements of all kinds of clients' products. And if any client can confirm the steady PO, we will appoint all the relevant equipments only for this client, and never intervene other disrelated production. It always means this line is appointed only for this client,.

All relevant personnel which including production and quality will also be appointed for this line. It can further ensure the quality of the products. And whenever client need to know about the situation of products , he always can get the lastest info from these appointed persons. It also very easy to monitor.

| Appoint work station

Besides appointed all relevant persons, we also need to appoint the work station for these people. After special training, and pass the examination, then these appointed people can get into the respective work station. And we examine them termly.
If needed , they also can be trained by clients for the especial requirements, such as FCT, & debug, etc ¡
After we appointed all the equipments, personnel, work station,
we will give the detailed description to our client for review.
